Did You Know?

Did you know that using stroopwafels as traditional cycling energy dates all the way back to when the Belgium Bicycle community adopted it as the go-to cycling treat? Now, this is a tradition that is widely accepted in the region.

Being the avid cyclist that The Dutch are, they have recognized that the high carb to sugar ratio is essential to fuel up for a strenuous ride. The glucose in the syrup gives you an immediate boost while the complex carbs in the cookie provide lasting energy. To the chilly climate of the Netherlands this energy pick me up was most often enjoyed with a pregame coffee.

What Makes 3 Bros Cookies Different

3Bros Stroopwafels are fresh & delicious! They are made in America following an authentic Dutch stroopwafel recipe. This ensures that they will be slightly crunchy on the outside and gooey on the inside.

Unlike a typical stroopwafel factory, our authentic bakery does not adjust the recipe in favor of long shelf life.

Furthermore, we only use honest ingredients and make everything from scratch. We do not use any artificial preservatives, colors, flavorings, or high fructose corn syrup.
