If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations, you can request a refund within seven calendar days of receiving the product. Returns will not be accepted for personalized products and business customers. If you wish to start a return send an e-mail to sales@3BrosCookies.com within seven calendar days and include a picture of the issue and your name, address, and order number. After reviewing the return details, you will receive instructions from us, via e-mail, about the recommended method of returning the product. The product must be returned within ten calendar days after receipt.
Return shipments are only accepted if the product is in the original packaging and undamaged. You may only handle and inspect the product as you would in a store. Return shipments must be properly packaged. The costs for return shipments are paid by the consumer. 3BrosCookies does not reimburse costs for return shipping.
Products that are returned without postage will not be accepted, will not affect the aforementioned period of the seven calendar days return policy.
3BrosCookies.com will email you when the return is received. The email will also state the condition in which we have received the return.
3BrosCookies.com will reimburse using the payment method that was used for purchase, within thirty calendar days after receipt of the returned product.
