The lovely pink color on some of our cookies is all-natural.  It is created by using a special Belgian Chocolate variety called Ruby. This variety lends a fruity taste to the chocolate, and it is somewhat rare.  Perhaps you already know that the 3Bros are the three sons of the Dutchman and American woman who founded the company. These three guys were brought together to help them bond as brothers in this blended marriage. Yet, as kids will do, they taught us something right away. You see, they know how important Father’s Day is.  And they made sure that we put a gift box in our shop to help out sons like them.  The process is so easy.
