3 Bros Cookies is the first and premier manufacturer of stroopwafels in the United States. Every stroopwafel in this collection comes off our automated production line in Fayetteville, Georgia and ships direct to your door — not imported, not sitting in a shipping container for months.
What is a stroopwafel?
A stroopwafel is a Dutch caramel waffle cookie: two thin, crisp waffle layers pressed around a ribbon of caramel syrup. The Dutch have eaten them with coffee for more than two centuries. Rest one over the rim of a hot mug for a minute, let the steam soften the caramel in the middle, and you will understand why. If you are new to them, start with what a stroopwafel is and where it comes from.
The classic caramel lineup
This is our core range of caramel stroopwafels, in the sizes people actually buy:
- 8-count bag — the everyday size. One bag covers a week of coffee breaks.
- 10-count — our standard retail pack, and the one most customers reorder.
- Value case of six 8-packs — for households that go through them fast, for offices, and for anyone tired of reordering.
Two flavour variations sit alongside them, both built on the same waffle: the Chocolate Brownie Stroopwafel and the Honey Booster Energy Waffle.
Why American-made stroopwafels taste different
Nearly every stroopwafel sold in the United States is baked in Europe and crosses an ocean before it reaches a shelf. Ours travel days, not months. The caramel stays soft, the waffle stays pliable, and the cookie arrives closer to how it tastes in a Dutch market than anything shipped from overseas. No refrigeration needed — just keep the bag sealed.
How to eat one
The traditional way is over coffee: balance the stroopwafel on top of your mug while it brews, wait about a minute, then eat it warm. They are also excellent crumbled over ice cream or yogurt, packed into a lunchbox, or eaten straight from the bag standing at the kitchen counter. Here is the full guide to eating a stroopwafel.
